Seyed Mohammad Hashemy manages our company and takes care of business development strategies, client relations, and the development of sales and marketing strategies.We are a subsidiary of our parent company, Taraz Sazeh Bistoon LLC, which has been a construction, installation, and consulting company in Bandar Abbas, Iran, since 2010. To date, our parent company has delivered over 30,000 residential units and 132 commercial units. Here at Taraz Sazeh Bistoon Construction Canada Inc., we aim to provide the same excellence in Iran to the GTA.

About Company Manager
Seyed Mohammad Hashemy has over 15 years of construction management experience. He received his Associate’s Degree in Architecture from Islamic Azad University in 2009. During that time, Seyed worked as a Real Estate Manager to enhance his understanding of construction sites, residential and commercial properties, and time management skills. Seyed received his trade license for construction materials from Higher Supervisory Committee on State Guild Organization the following year. He also has his Safety and Protection certificate from the Iranian House of Quality. With these credentials, Seyed started working for Taraz Sazeh Bistoon LLC in 2010 and exhibited (and still practices to this day) strong team leadership by spearheading diverse teams in all phases of the construction process. He is a great project planner and manager who understands construction standards, regulations and urban development.
